Explores past experiences and how they shape current patterns
Focuses on healing, processing, and symptom reduction
Confidential and HIPAA protected
Coaching:
Non-clinical and not a regulated mental health service
Does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions
Forward focused on goals, habits, and overall wellness
Focuses on motivation, accountability, and lifestyle changes
Available to anyone regardless of location
Not covered by insurance
