This coaching program is NOT for the woman who has an active Eating Disorder and is in need of medical monitoring; in danger or suicidal; and/or is not ready to make changes.

Differences between Mental Health Therapy and Health Coaching:

Therapy:

  • Licensed and clinically regulated

  • Diagnoses and treats mental health conditions

  • Explores past experiences and how they shape current patterns

  • Focuses on healing, processing, and symptom reduction

  • Confidential and HIPAA protected

Coaching:

  • Non-clinical and not a regulated mental health service

  • Does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions

  • Forward focused on goals, habits, and overall wellness

  • Focuses on motivation, accountability, and lifestyle changes

  • Available to anyone regardless of location

  • Not covered by insurance
