Have questions about what it’s like to work together? I answer some common questions below, but if you don’t see your questions answered, click here to reach out.

  • My therapy office is located at 1477 Ebenezer Road in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I offer in person sessions.

    I offer virtual visits on a case by case basis for therapy. (All coaching sessions are virtual.)

  • I offer a brief free initial consult over the phone.

    Therapy sessions are 55 minute sessions at $130.

    I do offer a sliding scale on a limited basis.

    (Coaching packages and fees are separate.)

  • No, my practice is full-fee private pay.

    But we can discuss possibly submitting what is called a Superbill that I create for you and sometimes insurance will reimburse you.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If not cancelled within that time frame there is a $75 fee.

    No show/missed sessions are the full fee of $130.

  • Prior to our first session I will send you all necessary paperwork regarding confidentiality and privacy, as well as an Intake Questionnaire, to fill out and sign.

    During our first session I'll review your history, get to know you better by asking further questions, and begin exploring more deeply the reasons that brought you to therapy.

    I may jump right in and give you some strategies to experiment with. You are always free to ask me any questions. I'm pretty laid back :)

  • No, but food is something we all use every day to function and show up in our lives. Rather than telling you what to eat, I help you understand how your relationship with food and your eating patterns might be affecting how you feel - and how to use that understanding to your advantage.

  • It all depends! Some people just need a few sessions and a bit of guidance and they are on their way.

    Others need longer time to go deep and cover many aspects of their life that is contributing to their challenges.

    Ultimately, you are allowed to decide your own time-frame, but I'll give you my input and recommendations as well.

    Many people like the consistent and routine support of staying connected long-term; and to truly get the benefits from The Living Well Approach, it will take dedication and more than a few sessions.
