“I support those who want to feel better emotionally, mentally and physically - not by pathologizing their pain, but by honoring their body’s story and needs.”

Someone who understands…
Before becoming a counselor and practitioner, I was first a client and patient.
I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to face anxiety, depression, chronic stress, illness, eating challenges, relationship struggles, or simply the sense that life isn't where you want it to be.
I've walked that path myself. My journey has included years of therapy, seasons of medication, the pain of divorce and loss, the challenges of physical illness, and my own reckoning with orthorexia. But it has also included profound healing, growth, and a deep understanding of what truly supports well-being.
Along the way I've had the privilege of learning from many practitioners, weaving together knowledge and tools that shaped the holistic, whole-person approach I bring to my counseling work today.
Because of this, I don't just bring professional training - I bring lived experience. I know the courage it takes to seek help, and I know the hope that comes from beginning to feel better!
My goal is to offer you that same opportunity: to feel more empowered, balanced, and joyful in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
I want you to experience what it’s like to truly begin living well.
